How long will it take to receive my order?We aim to dispatch your order within 5-7 business days after receiving payment, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and any customs clearance procedures.

What is your warranty policy?We offer a Supreme 10-year warranty on all our custom and pre-built PCs. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Can I return my PC?Yes, you may return your PC within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, minus any shipping costs. Custom-built PCs must be in their original condition and packaging, and must not have been used or damaged. Pre-built PCs are subject to the manufacturer's warranty policy.

Can I cancel my order?If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you may still return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, minus any shipping costs.
