a. We offer both custom-built and pre-built PCs, which you can purchase through our website.  

b. Payment can be made using any of the payment methods available on our website. Payment must be received in full before we begin building or shipping your PC.  

c. We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion.

2. Shipping  

a. We offer worldwide shipping from the United Kingdom, using reputable courier services.  

b. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and destination of your order.  

c. We aim to dispatch your order within 5-7 business days after receiving payment, unless otherwise stated.  

d. We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may be incurred upon delivery to your country.

3. Warranty and Returns  

a. We offer a Supreme 10-year warranty on all our custom and pre-built PCs.  

b. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

c. For custom-built PCs, we offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund, minus any shipping costs.

 

4. Liability  

a. We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our website or products.  

b. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the total amount paid for the product. c. We do not guarantee that our website or products will be error-free or uninterrupted.
